Matcha Iced Latte

In need of a 3pm pick me up? A matcha iced latte, is the perfect alternative to caffeine. 

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS

2 teaspoons matcha powder

1 to 2 tablespoons hot water

1 cup ice

2 teaspoons vanilla syrup

Plant-based milk of your choice (I use oat milk)

METHOD

In a bowl mix the matcha powder, hot water and vanilla syrup  for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until the matcha is lump free. This should form a thin paste. Add your plant-based milk, pour into a cup of ice and enjoy!
