Why The Glowcery?
We are a high-performance skincare brand that handblends fresh, plant-based and superfood ingredients transforming them into nourishing, effective skincare products that work. We believe high-performance skincare doesn't need to be filled with overly-processed, synthetic ingredients and so at The Glowcery we source fresh, plant-based ingredients, ingredients you'd typically find on your plates, in your smoothies or at your local green grocery and turn them into nutrient-dense, effective natural skincare to feed your skin. We only use cold-pressed fruit, vegetable and nut oils in our products as due to minimal processing they retain more of their natural therapeutic qualities and skin-loving nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Whilst we are not yet certified vegan or cruelty-free, we are proud to be vegan (and vegan owned), and we never test on animals. For more information please checkout our Values aisle.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Because we are about Mother Nature, our packaging is recyclable this includes everything from our product containers and boxes to our shipping boxes, paper tape, and our marketing materials.

How can I recycle my The Glowcery empties?
Our green glass bottles and aluminium tins are all fully recyclable and can be disposed of at curbside by popping them in your recycling collection bins here in the UK. To recycle them rinse out any leftover product and remove the labels. Empty and sterilised The Glowcery bottles can be upcycled as mini flower vases, or our aluminium tins can be upcycled as mini jewellery cases.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are developed in UK by Roshanne Dorsett skincare formulator and Founder of The Glowcery. Once our formulations have been tried and tested (never on our furry friends btw), they are hand-blended right here in the UK.

Does The Glowcery delivery to my country?
We deliver a fresh batch of superfood skincare throughout the UK and Internationally. Delivery within the UK costs £4.50 or £6.00 for tracked and will take around 2-3 working days but for orders over £55, postage is on us! 

We have put our Europe postage temporarily on hold as we work to find a fast and effective postal service. With international orders outside Europe, delivery costs £25 for tracked and signed. Orders will take around 14 working days to arrive to you, this may vary be delayed by customs depending on your location. 

Please note you are responsible for any customs payments for deliveries. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping.

How long will my products take to arrive?
All online orders are dispatched within 3-7 days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are processed the following business day. Unfortunately, we currently can not deliver on weekends or take responsibility for parcels that are signed for by anyone other than the intended recipient.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number information. We'll also send you a second email with your delivery details, if applicable, once your delivery has been shipped. If you have questions about your order please email us at info@theglowceryshop.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email.

We are proud to say everything from our shipping boxes, to our paper tape, to our marketing materials is fully recyclable.  
Which payment methods can I use to make my purchase?
We accept card payments via PayPal, Visa, Mastercards & American Express.

My payments been declined, what should I do?
If your payment is declined please check you have entered all your payment details correctly. If you're still having issues please contact your bank directly.
Do you accept returns?
We hope you love your superfood products, due to hygiene reasons and based on the nature of our small batch, hand-blended products, we cannot accept returns, however if you believe your product is faulty please contact us and we will be able to look into it for you. We are also unable to accept returns or process refunds due to skin conditions or allergic reactions.
