A few years ago, our founder Roshanne was on a path that looked successful from the outside, working in law, climbing the corporate ladder, staying busy. But under the surface? She felt exhausted. Disconnected. Burnt out.
She was always “on,” chasing deadlines and ignoring her body’s signals. Her skin was stressed, her sleep was off, and deep down, she knew something had to change.
So she made a bold move. She paused. She left her legal career behind and chose a different path one rooted in wellness, nourishment, and reconnection.
