Aloe Vera, Hyaluronic Acid, Rose Hydrating Face Mask

Suffering from lockdown skin? Skin breaking out, drying out or stressed tf out? Then try this DIY hydrating face mask for a bit of t.l.s.c (that's tender, loving skincare btw).

💧 The ultimate hydrating face mask, inspired by ancient Egyptians beauty recipes. Lack of fresh air, sunlight (vitamin D) and dry conditions due to central heating can leave skin feeling a little tight and dehydrated, whilst applying a daily moisturiser or facial oil can help to moisturise the skin. A skin treatment in the way of a hydrating Aloe Vera face mask can help to hydrate, repair and soothe the skin.

🌹 Rosewater is suitable for all skin types as it can help to maintain the skin’s optimal pH balance, as well as tone and balance the skin. The humble aloe vera plant possesses powerful moisturising properties to improve the skin’s ability to retain hydration, its nutritious gel is full of skin-loving goodness to combat skin irritations, whilst the cooling effect of the gel can help to soothe breakouts, inflammation and skin irritations. Kaolin clay is also known as white clay, it binds bacteria and dirt to itself which are then easily removed when the clay is washed off. Kaolin clay is also gentle enough to use on sensitive skin types. Hyaluronic acid and vegetable glycerine are both humectants which mean they draw moisture from the environment and lock it into the skin. All these ingredients combined make for a potent, skin hydration! Dry skin? We don’t know her.
